  1. Trying to control how someone responds to you, especially when you hope they will be your friend. I had this happen to me, and instead of realizing that texting someone only isn’t a friendship (and they don’t tell you why they just text you only and use the too busy excuse to get together), I tried to find ways to befriend that person. Truth be told, some people crossing paths just may not fit or be the right time. Real heartache to deal with.
