“If I Had…”

Hey everyone, Andy here, back for another day of writing. Today, I’ve actually been given free reign for this entire entry, which is really pretty cool. I’m sure there’s a lot of mischievous things I could say right now that would totally bother Andrew a lot if I put them in here. So I decided to only say a couple of them to get it out of my system, as I’m sure he won’t mind if it’s just a few. POOP FACE! STINK MONGER! FART HEAD! BUTT-WAD! Ok, I feel much better now! I’m finally ready to write today’s entry, which is titled “If I had…”

If I had a million dollars to spend immediately on whatever I wanted, I’d spend it on taking one of those Virgin Galactic spaceflights with three other friends because I’d really like to experience what weightlessness feels like.

If I had a free do-over in life, I don’t think I’d do over anything because I don’t ever want to go back to any of those years where the pain was so much greater than it is now.

If I had the ability to conjure up at anytime only one of my favorite meals for the rest of my life, I’d definitely conjure up my mother’s Chicken Marsala, as it was always yummy.

If I had to change a single part of myself, I’d change the size of my nose because I kind of think it is just way too big.

If I had to go back to school to take a single class, I’d like to take Spanish 101 because there are so many people that seem to be speaking it now in the world.

If I had to watch the same movie every day for the rest of my life, I’d completely watch Groundhog Day because it’s the only movie I laugh hysterically at, no matter how many times I ever watch it.

If I had the power to talk to my parents again, I’d tell them how much I love them and miss them and that I hope they’re proud of me now.

If I had to be a cartoon character for life, I’d like to be The Flash because I relate to his personality the most, and totally love his abilities of super-speed, walking through solid masses, and even traveling in time.

If I had only a day left to live, I’d make sure I’d spend it doing everything a kid likes to do such as playing games, giggling about the silliest of things, and eating one of the hugest ice cream sundaes possible.

If I had to be any animal for one complete day, I’d want to be some type of a bird that could fly high above the clouds because I’ve always dreamed of doing that when I’m looking out the window of an airplane.

And…

If I had to tell Andrew Arthur Dawson one thing today, I’d tell him God really is helping him heal and that his physical pains will be gone very soon, as I know he continues to struggle believing that given how he’s been feeling for so long.

Peace, love, light, and joy,

Andrew Arthur Dawson

“If I Could…”

I have to say I really enjoyed letting my inner child “Andy” write that article last week titled “If I Were…” In fact, I liked it so much I decided to let him do it again a second time, except this one he’s titling ‘If I Could…” But before he takes over, he wants to make sure I remind everyone today how important it is to not forget about that young kid who lives inside each of you, as they deserve a little bit of attention every single day too.

If I could pause time, I’d pause it only in the theater when I have to go to the bathroom because I don’t like having to ever miss any of a movie.

If I could build anything, I’d build my own scariest roller coaster because then I could ride it instantly instead of having to wait in line for over 2 hours to ride it.

If I could travel anywhere instantly, I’d travel to the top of Mount Everest a lot (wearing the right clothes of course) because I sometimes think it’s peak is a little lonely and would like some company more often.

If I could talk to anyone right now, I’d really like to talk to my cat Driggs because I really want to find out what she’s saying with all her weird meows and hisses.

If I could create an infinite amount of any one thing in this world, I’d create total peace because there are far too many wars and violence going on nowadays.

If I could get eliminate any one food, I’d eliminate meatloaf because I think it’s just plain yucky.

If I could get rid of anything physical in this world, I’d get rid of all the alcohol and drugs because that’s what usually seems to make people do bad things and also forget about their inner child like it did with Andrew.

If I could bring back any one person from the dead, I’d bring back Jesus to start preaching again because too many people are using his name these days to do things that are really mean.

If I could create one TV show about anything, I’d create the total reverse of the movie Big because I think it would be cool to see a grumpy and too business-like adult having to learn how to be a kid again.

If I could wish for one thing, I’d wish that everyone had to speak the truth all the time no matter what because all lies seems to cause nothing more than hardship and trouble in the long run.

And…

If I could tell Andrew Arthur Dawson one thing today, I’d tell him how much it’s making me happy to have more of the attention for once. J

Peace, love, light, and joy,

Andrew Arthur Dawson

“If I Were…”

I decided to be my inner child today and write a fun entry from his perspective. I really believe it’s truly important on all of our spiritual journeys in life to never neglect the little boy or girl that lives inside each and every one of us. So today I’m honoring my own by allowing “Andy” to write about something he likes to do quite often and it’s titled “If I were…”

If I were a butterfly, I’d land on someone who looks totally sad hoping only that it might cheer them up.

If I were indestructible, I’d try to save as many people as I can from the increasing violence on our planet.

If I were a tree, I’d want to know if I feel pain when people carve things into me or chop me down.

If I were an animal in a zoo, I’d be one that makes people giggle and laugh by doing funny things.

If I were the weather, I’d be a permanent rainbow because they usually create a lot more hope and joy in this world.

If I were a bird, I’d like to finally know what all their chatter is about when they sit in a tree in huge numbers.

If I were an insect, I’d be a honeybee because there doesn’t seem to be many of them left.

If I were a flower, I’d be a birds of paradise because they always remind me of me, tall and goofy looking.

If I were a cat or a dog, I’d have an owner that I could teach them a thing or two about unconditional love.

If I were able to remove anything in this world, I’d get rid of hate because all it seems to do is create more of it.

And…

If I were to tell Andrew Arthur Dawson one thing today, I’d tell him I love him and give him my thanks…because he no longer ignores me nor is he doing those addictions anymore that caused him to forget about me in the first place.

Peace, love, light, and joy,

Andrew Arthur Dawson
