  1. 4 things.
    1st stage.listen to music (my favorite songs and worship songs together).
    2nd stage.when 1ST stage fail, pray and cry to God.
    3rd stage, after crying, calm down my emotion, then start talking with friends that are not physically near me to tell them my issue.
    4th stage, go to sleep and feel thankful when I wake up from next day.
