Which one describes you best:
- You go to a gym/fitness center less than 1x/week, infrequently, or not at all.
- You go to a gym/fitness center at least 2x/week.
- You go to a gym/fitness center at least 3x/week or more.
- You regularly exercise outside of a gym/fitness center via walking, jogging, running, home gym, yoga, etc.
- You rarely set time aside for exercise, regardless of whether you have some type of a gym membership or not, but really want to get back in shape.
- You could care less about exercising or your shape and have better things to do.
- Does my sex life count? (Had to include this because I know at least a few of my friends will probably ask this!)
