It took a long time to learn br’er Carnegie’s lesson, but I find myself right there with him, these days. I don’t care what someone proclaims, professes, believes, thinks, or asserts. I don’t care about their Statements of Beliefs, their Credos, their Declarations of Principles, or any such proclamation. Show me what you do (or *don’t* do), and I’ll be able to tell you in a jiffy what you believe.
