Today’s question is…
What do you miss the most about your childhood during the holiday season?
Peace, love, light, and joy,

I miss the treats my Mom would make during the holiday season. Peanut brittle, oatmeal cookies, hard tack candy and her famous Million Dollar Fudge. (It was actually out of her Betty Crocker Cookbook, I believe!). That is what I miss the most besides being home and that feeling of being with family. The holidays have some of the best memories and also some of the worst. My Dad was an alcoholic and some of his big benders happened during the holidays. But it’s something I’ve dealt with.
